Wavertree Field trip

On the day of December 7, 2017 the sophomore vessel operations class went to the South Street Seaport to visit the boat Wavertree. This was a boat I have been wanting to see for years everytime I passed it, but I never was able to. So seeing Wavertree for the first time with my class and learning about the history was amazing, I felt like this was a one time opportunity for me. The story of the boat was fascinating, where it had traveled to was interesting, how many people were put into one of those rooms was so mind blowing because when we entered the rooms they were so tiny and with all those beds they must have had no space to move around. Then when we had went to the bottom of the boat it was so big and spacious compared to everything else, it kinda blew my mind.
